- We have seen the same thing, but not for all users - as far as we can
- see, it depends on the CO they dial from. For example, we use the
- SupraFAX288 for several nailed up dial-in connections, and those work
- very well. I found that the new firmware for the SupraFAX288 makes it
- works much better than before from troublesome areas (such as my
- house!). I now use the Supra from home as my regular modem.

- Currently, the Global Village Platinum is a modem I can't recommend as
- I don't know if it will work - it is as troublesome as the Supra was.

- the new code, but no way to load it into the modems. I'm sure I'll
